Encountering delays and misunderstandings during the protracted procedure not only extended the project's timeline but also elevated its complexity beyond initial expectations. Unforeseen obstacles significantly impeded the progression of the research. To mitigate these challenges and adhere to our predetermined timeline, negotiations and compromises were imperative with both testing facilities and suppliers, underscoring the intricate dynamics involved in managing a research project with multiple stakeholders.
